Hello and congratulations! It takes true courage to venture out and explore the possibility of change. Change can be scary (our brains are wired that way for our safety!), but it can also be exhilarating. Change is most definitely what we need to grow beyond our limitations.
I’m in the business of changing lives and teaching people to thrive. And it’s one of the things I do best.
Trained in a wide variety of psychotherapeutic and coaching modalities with over 7 years of experience offering counseling, I’ve helped many, many people live the life they’ve always dreamed of.
Some of the juicer things I love to work on with people is the work of developing dreams: from embarking on a new career path or relationship, to smashing creative blocks, to making your life more sexually rewarding & fulfilling, to better managing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, & depression; to growing your business, I am well equipped to guide you safely and at a manageable pace into making the positive changes you need to grow and thrive.
As a kink-knowledgeable counselor & life coach, I’m highly educated and experienced in working with people seeking to better understand themselves sexually and how to achieve your goals in pleasure and passion.
As a psychotherapist trained in art therapy and counseling, I use many colorful and inspiring approaches that most traditional psychotherapists do not know and that help gently work around blocks you may have struggled working on with previous therapists.
Due to my background and fascination with many different types of cultures and people, I am an excellent and nonjudgmental therapist for people of a variety of lifestyles and paths, including but not limited to: LGBTQ+, kink & BDSM, nonmonogamy/polyamory, people in transition, people with trauma histories, and practitioners of non-mainstream spirituality.
